Your Role

As an Order Fulfillment Specialist you will be responsible for ensuring that customer orders are processed and delivered on time and accurately. Manage and process customers orders from receipt to delivery while meeting quality standards.

Your Responsibilities

  • Receive and process customer orders in a timely manner, enter orders into the company’s system and update their system with any changes, verify product availability and allocate inventory for orders ensuring accuracy.
  • Regularly coordinate with sales and customer service teams to address any issues or discrepancies.
  • Provide timely updates on customer order status to internal stakeholders as needed.
  • Act as liaison between warehouse and sales team ensuring accurate order processing.
  • Communicate to the shipping team any special order shipping requirements to ensure correct and prompt delivery to customers.
  • Maintain accurate records of all orders, including order details, shipping information, and any related correspondence to ensure process efficiency.
  • Recommend improvements to the order fulfillment process to enhance efficiency, accuracy and customer satisfaction.
  • Regularly stay updated with industry’s best practices and technologies related to order fulfillment.
  • Continuously improve the sales order fulfillment process, discover opportunities and work with the operations, sales, and support teams to implement changes to drive efficiencies in the sales order fulfillment process.

Skills/Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent, with a bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Previous experience in order fulfillment, logistics, or related fields.
  • Proficient in using order management systems, inventory software, and related technologies like (Salesforce, NetSuite and Celigo).
  • Strong organizational skills with an attention to detail.
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
  • Problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric approach.

Pay Range: $20/hr - $23/hr
