MemryX is developing the Memory Processing Unit (MPU) – the only true commercial, large scale, non-volatile in-memory compute processor for AI/ML. The MPU harnesses a recent innovation in semiconductor storage, called resistive random-access memory (ReRAM) into machine intelligence compute “fabrics”, combining memory and processing into memory-compute blocks for optimal efficiency and flexibility.
